Vayve is a dating support tool powered by AI. Our mission is to help users navigate dating with confidence, awareness, and a touch of humor.

2. Data collection

Vayve does not require account creation, and we do not collect personal contact information such as your name, phone number, or contacts.

Content you upload. Some features let you upload content (e.g., screenshots, text, or photos) for AI analysis such as OCR, conversation analysis, or profile suggestions. This content is processed only to provide the requested feature and is not retained by us after processing. When possible, processing is performed on‑device; otherwise it is transmitted securely to our processing services and deleted after completion.

Note about third parties in your content. If you upload images or text that include other people (e.g., dating profiles or chats), we process that content solely to provide the feature to you. We do not use it to identify or contact those individuals. Please only upload content you have the right to share.

The only other data we may collect is:

Anonymous usage, performance, and diagnostics data (e.g., app launches, crashes) to improve reliability.
Your email address if you contact us directly for support.

3. How we use data

To provide core app functionality (processing the content you intentionally upload for analysis).
To improve the app’s performance and understand usage patterns (aggregated/anonymous analytics and diagnostics).
To respond to support inquiries you send us.

We do not sell your data, rent it, or use it for advertising or marketing.

4. Third‑party services

Our app is built on the Vibecode platform, which may process anonymous usage or diagnostics data (e.g., storage, performance analytics, crash reporting) to operate and improve infrastructure. These services follow modern security standards and do not access your private content beyond what is necessary to provide the requested feature.

5. Data retention

Uploaded content is processed and not retained after the task completes. Aggregated usage/diagnostic data is kept only as long as needed to operate and improve the app.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of data we hold. Contact us at any time to make a request.

7. Children’s privacy

Vayve is not intended for users under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Security

We use encryption and industry best practices to protect data handled by our services. However, no system can be 100% secure.

9. Cookies and tracking

Our website uses only essential cookies and basic analytics. The Vayve app does not use tracking cookies and does not access your location or microphone. The camera is only used when you choose to upload an image, and images are processed as described above.
